Paul Drozdiak

With over 30 years of extensive sales and management experience in his high-end real estate agency  in Silicon Valley, his degree in Economics from University of California Berkeley as well as success in direct sales of product and service packages, and event and business management of large and small companies, Paul is teaching others how  to organize, prioritize and close the deals that build success. Knowing the challenges business owners and their sales team  have to confront daily, his Direct Method, customized for each client, begins with an analysis of the existing situation, a review and alignment with the Brand Architecture developed by Christie & Co, and defining and prioritizing leads, systems and techniques to address and providing valuable tools that when practiced, build trust and increase results.

When not supporting the growth of companies, trail running and golf burn off the extra energy. Additionally, Paul worked extensively on consulting and advising on procurement of charitable donations for Non-Profits and is a lifetime contributor to global Human Rights programs and helping widowers, like himself, adjust to life transitions.
