The past year has been one of major transformation for Ips Snacks, a Los Angeles-based maker of snack chips with added protein. In addition to reformulating its products, the brand overhauled its packaging, developed a line of popcorn with protein, and expanded its leadership team with the hiring of two industry veterans.
